This course provides you with a comprehensive review of suspect asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in buildings and the state-of-the-art techniques to find, categorize and assess their conditions and potential for disturbance.

Asbestos Inspector Refresher
4 Hours
Keep your credentials current and your field skills sharp. This four-hour refresher reviews core inspection practices, gives you regulatory updates, and walks through recent case examples so your work stays defensible and consistent with today’s rules.
We will cover:
– Inspection planning, site control, and work sequencing
– Bulk sampling techniques, chain of custody, and lab coordination
– Report writing that stands up to audits and legal review
– Common field errors and how to avoid them
– PPE, decon basics, and exposure reduction
– Communication with owners, contractors, and occupants
Who should attend:
Accredited asbestos building inspectors who need their annual refresher for continuing accreditation.
