Prepare for Texas Real Estate Inspector licensure with an intensive in-person program that combines classroom instruction with the required Texas Practicum (hands-on experience). This license level is typically performed under the sponsorship/supervision of a Professional Inspector while you gain field experience.
Duration: 154 Hours (TREC minimum required)
Includes Qualifying Education + 40-Hour Texas Practicum (delivered over multiple class meetings—see schedule for exact dates/times)
What you’ll learn
