Become qualified for the Texas Mold Assessment Consultant (MAC) credential with our intensive in-person program. This course builds advanced skills in mold assessment workflows, documentation, and investigation fundamentals for residential and commercial properties.

Duration: 40 Hours (5 Days)

What you’ll learn

By the end of this course, students will be able to:

Explain the scope and responsibilities of a Mold Assessment Consultant
Identify moisture sources and building conditions that support microbial growth
Conduct structured assessment workflows including observations and moisture investigation fundamentals
Understand the purpose of sampling and how results support clear conclusions
Strengthen documentation and reporting practices (notes, photos, field records)
Communicate findings professionally with property owners and remediation teams

Add the MAC Prep Test for $100 (normally $125)
