IC New Construction Inspector: This course prepares individuals to work as a Residential Inspector, with a focus on the International Residential Code (IRC). This is a National Certification, applicable in both Texas and nationally.
Course Content: Learn IRC Codes, including building, foundations, roofing, frame, plumbing, electrical, insulation, energy, swimming pools, patios, along with relevant rules, regulations, codes, and other residential building components. Includes a Code book, Flash cards of IRC Codes, Textbooks and Workbook.
