"New-Home and Owner/Builder" Intermediate Course
Our 16-hour course meets for 9 hours on Saturday and for another 7 hours on the following Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7-10 pm. Students learn through a combination of written curriculum, video and slide presentations, discussions, lectures, and face to face question and answer sessions with professionals. You'll love this class, it's extremely informative, interesting and personal. Make connections with experts in the building and home purchasing field. We will introduce you to local construction experts that will inform you on how to identify, supervise or build structural integrity and energy efficiency in a home.
